ENESER co-founders were  Ioannis Nikolaou from Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece and Neil Anderson from Brunel University, UK. See more info in the about section.

During the 2014 meeting in Ghent, it was decided to set-up an informal board managing ENESER. The board consists of the current and the future meetings local organisers, along with another ENESER member. The first board consisted of the following (in parentheses their tenure):

In Amsterdam, during the 4th ENESER meeting in June 2016, the board was decided to be the following, until the next meeting in 2018, which will be held in Edinburg, organised by Kristina Potočnik, University of Edinburgh Business School .
