About

ENESER was formally set up in Athens, Greece in 2011 during the first EAWOP Small Group Meeting on Selection and Assessment in Greece. The co-founders of ENESER were Ioannis Nikolaou from Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece and Neil Anderson from Brunel University, UK.

Our mission is to bring together European researchers carrying out applied research in the field of employee recruitment, selection and assessment and act as a network for Work & Organizational Psychologists conducting research in this field.

ENESER organises bi-annual small meetings focused on employee recruitment, selection and assessment research. Since 2011 a number of meetings have been held across Europe. The outcomes of these meetings are often published in special issues in peer-reviewed journals relevant to recruitment and selection.

ENESER members actively participate in conferences, such as the SIOP or EAWOP congresses, organising symposia relevant to our mission and publish their research in peer-reviewed journals.
